Icon’s largest and most recent full scale development was spearheaded by President Grazi Zazzara Jr, together with and on behalf of Dewitt Town Center, Inc. He first represented the buyers in the acquisition of a long vacant 184,000 square foot shopping center, identifying it as an incredible opportunity in need of a full scale redevelopment. Mr. Zazzara personally led all development efforts throughout the process. Icon’s team completed a full development plan and then executed it. Marketing space for lease, Icon negotiated and brokered over 100,000 square feet of long term leases with Time Warner Cable, Harbor Freight Tools, Skyzone, Jreck Subs, and Pella Windows. Icon worked to complete a site plan redevelopment concept to increase parking and traffic flow, budgeted and planned plaza wide improvements totaling 8 million dollars, co-managed construction, arranged for and obtained financing, and prepared appropriately for planning and permits with the Town of Dewitt.
