Major Capital Improvement Project

In October of 2022, Icon acquired +/- 280,000 square feet at 6500 New Venture Gear Drive in Syracuse, NY.  The facility has 36' ceiling height and sits on 23.77 acres just off Carrier Circle. Within the first 90 days of ownership, a major capital improvement initiative took place.  First, a replacement of 125,300 square feet of old roof and decking with new EPDM membrane roofing. Almost simultaneously, 194,487 square feet of asphalt was torn out and replaced around the building perimeter.  Following that, a building wide LED lighting upgrade for the entire facility, interior and exterior, commenced.
