Grazi Zazzara brokers sale of Sibley's Building in Downtown Syracuse
The former Sibley’s department store, one of downtown Syracuse’s largest vacant buildings, has sold. Grazi Zazzara, president of The Icon Companies, brokered the sale of the building last week to a group of local developers. The 240,000 square foot, long vacant building is a primate candidate for mixed use redevelopment. Price and other details were not disclosed. Icon represented the Seller in this transaction.
