Property formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports has been sold.  The 10,124 square foot building in the heart of Dewitt sits on 1.24 acres and will be combined with adjacent parcels for the master development to be known as Dewitt Crossing.  Grazi Zazzara of the Icon Companies represented the buyer in this transaction.
