A former church, known for its unique round shape, has sold. Grazi Zazzara represented the Seller, and the property sold for $1,5400,000. “It’s a prominent and well-known site, but we felt the location was very attractive for development,” said listing agent Grazi Zazzara. “We marketed it as a development site and placed emphasis on the location being perfectly between Syracuse University and Downtown Syracuse. Within a week of marketing, we had inquiries from all over the country. Developers and investors from Chicago, Texas, Long Island, and others.”
The new owners have since designed a proposed plan to create a 191 unit apartment tower.
