Iconic Former Restaurant Site Sold
JAMESVILLE, NY: Jamesville’s iconic Glen Lock, a former Central New York destination restaurant for more than 40 years, was sold for $200,000.00. The restaurant, located in a former water mill, was spacious with 17,000 square feet with seating for 450 indoors, 85 on the deck overlooking Butternut Creek and space for 300 on the lawn near the creek. The Glen Loch was a popular place for weddings and other gatherings. Michael Kinney of Icon represented the seller in this transaction.
