The Icon Companies Brings Luxury Living & Casual Dining to Manlius

The Icon Companies has broken ground on a new mixed-use development in downtown Manlius. Located on East Seneca Street, the project will feature 14 modern luxury apartments paired with a ground-floor restaurant named Stacked. Construction will be completed Summer 2026.
