Icon’s founder and President, Graziano Zazzara Jr., established the company in 2012. Icon’s agents and personnel have extensive experience and market knowledge, allowing us to provide the most efficient and professional real estate solutions for our Brokerage and Property Management clients. As a Development Company, our track record and continued objectives involve working together with municipalities to develop properties that demonstrate innovative and responsible land use and set the standard for future development in the community.

As a Brokerage Company, our licensed commercial real estate agents have been leaders in the marketplace year after year in both sales transaction volume and leasing transaction volume. Our agents are an experienced group of high energy individuals, brokering total transaction volume of over $100,000,000.
As a Development Company our firm has been responsible for the successful development of nearly 500,000 square feet of real estate projects with a value of approximately $55,000,000. Upon completion, our signature projects have been recognized with awards from local municipalities as well as the Urban Land Institute of New York.
As a Property Management Company, our firm has continuously ranked year after year as one of the largest property management firms in the area. Our portfolio of managed properties in a given year consists of 35-40 properties and 800,000 – 1,000,000 of total square feet managed.
We are an extension of our clients in the marketplace.
