Icon was hired as the exclusive listing agent for 1 LePage place on November 1, 2018. The former factory is a 240,000 square foot complex in the City of Syracuse. It consists of a mix of industrial and office space. some areas with 30’+ ceiling heights, loading docks, drive in doors, and plentiful outdoor space. The facility has traditionally experienced high vacancy rates.

In just 6 weeks, Icon has procured 5 new leases for the owners, totaling 26,200 square feet.
