Guiseppe Zavaglia brokers $5,100,000 shopping center sale

The property known as Kimbrook Village Square, sold on October 5, 2018. The property totals 105,518 and sold for $5,100,000 or $48.33 per square foot. At the time of the sale, the property is experiencing higher than desirable vacancy rates and is in need of improvements. Icon’s Giuseppe Zavaglia represented the buyer on this deal. The buyer purchased the retail property with plans to improve the asset, re-brand through marketing and to attract new tenants for long term leases. Icon Companies was retained by the new owners as property management company and leasing agent.
